Today the Sabina organization is a real agricultural cooperative that operates within the pulsating center of the suggestive Irpinia area, in the countryside of Mirabella Eclano. Specifically, the O.P. Sabina specializes in the cultivation, but also in the processing and distribution to the public of garlic.

In fact, starting from the agricultural traditions, as well as the pastoral skills and experiences in the field of gastronomy that were transmitted to Iovanna by her family and her ancestors, today the O.P. Sabina represents a cooperative that every day proves to put to fruit and respect the entire heritage of values and knowledge acquired over decades and centuries by past generations, integrating them with cutting-edge skills and techniques.

The result of this long and intense work, therefore, is to have obtained a product that is definitely appreciated by all, which best reflects the traditions of the past, always ensuring its quality and freshness.

The certifications obtained by O.P. Sabina

It is thanks to the hard and deep work that has been put in place by the Sabina Agricultural Cooperative, which recently obtained the important certification, which certifies compliance with the GLOBAL G.A.P and IFS Food standards.

This is not a simple certification, but much more. It is proof that the products that are grown and distributed by the producers who have joined the O.P. Sabina project are indeed of high quality.

Another aspect that must be emphasized when talking about the transformation that has taken place over the years within the O.P. Sabina company actually concerns the transition that has been achieved from a simple purely rural activity into a real modern reality. and functional, in which we work not only to always guarantee the same quality standards of the products offered, but also to better support the environment.

In fact, in this regard, it is necessary to make a further clarification when talking about the work done by the producers who have decided to join the ambitious project of O.P. Sabina. For this reason, in many plots of land only organic farming methods and techniques are used, which thus make it possible to definitively ban and eliminate chemicals, thus significantly reducing the environmental impact.
