Meatballs from Mora Romagnola – Mangiare con gusto
Peeled garlic cloves are a versatile and aromatic ingredient that adds a touch of flavor and fragrance to any dish. In the episode “La Romagna nel piatto” of the TV show “Mangiare con Gusto” airing on Alma TV (channel 65 on digital terrestrial), our peeled garlic cloves were used to prepare a delicious recipe.
Chef Marco Cavallucci prepared “Meatballs from Mora Romagnola with peas and stridoli” enriched with a delicious and irresistible cream made from the quality of our peeled garlic cloves.
