Our Cooperative has decided, over time, to make very specific choices. Growing our garlic, organically, is the choice we continue to make, day after day. Our history, in fact, has led us to love the territory in such a way as to best preserve all its potential.

We advise our customers to bring our organic garlic to their tables and, of course, we also say it with a hint of healthy pride. We have worked hard to obtain the GLOBALGAP brand, which is synonymous with the guarantee of our product, on a European level.

It is not a conquest for everyone, but we like to say it only to make those who buy our organic garlic understand that, every aspect of the supply chain, respects the territory and the environment, but also the workers themselves who harvest organic garlic for us.
