Ingredients

  • Fresh basil

Preparation

Prepare the Garlic Cream:

  1. Peel the garlic and place it in a food processor.
  2. Add 2 tablespoons of olive oil and blend until smooth to form a puree.

  1. Wash and halve the cherry tomatoes.
  2. Finely slice the red onion.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the cherry tomatoes, onion, and dehydrated garlic granules.
  4. Season with extra virgin olive oil, salt, pepper, and, if desired, a bit of balsamic vinegar.
  5. Mix well and let rest for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.

Prepare the Bruschetta:

  1. Toast the slices of rustic bread on a grill or in the oven until golden and crispy.
  2. Generously spread the garlic cream on each slice of toasted bread.
  3. Top with the cherry tomato and onion mixture.

Finish the Dish:

  1. Garnish each bruschetta with fresh basil leaves.
