This time our friend Patrizia from the blog “In Cucina Con Patty ” has prepared a recipe using our dehydrated garlic granules to serve to our friends: the Seafood Risotto.
“Today, I want to propose an even more unusual version of seafood risotto with a precious touch: the addition of a delicious garlic sauce. But not the classic Aioli sauce that has a mayonnaise-like consistency and garlic flavor, rather an eggless sauce made with milk and olive oil.
