Maccheroncini with persia sauce – Mangiare con gusto
Garlic, with its versatility and unique flavor, is an essential ingredient in many recipes. In the episode “Montelibretti, city of oil” of the television program “Mangiare con Gusto” aired on Alma TV (channel 65 on digital terrestrial), our whole garlic was used to prepare a delicious recipe.
Chef Elisa Porcu prepared “Maccheroncini with persia sauce,” a combination of flavors and aromas that blend harmoniously, thanks also to the quality of our garlic.
