Bruschetta with our marinated garlic

This time our friend Patrizia from the In Cucina Con Pattyhas prepared a very useful recipe to serve our friends as an aperitif with our garlic: bruschetta with our marinated garlic

Patrizia told us:

Garlic is a beloved ingredient and at the same time hated by many who can’t stand the smell or its strong flavour. Others appreciate that aromatic note it releases to dishes, which can be annoying to some. To make it pleasing to everyone we marinate it! It will thus be more digestible, more delicate, ideal in all preparations and perfect to be enjoyed as an inviting aperitif, perhaps accompanied by a good crouton with good extra virgin olive oil.”
