Garlic, with its pungent aroma and distinctive flavor, has always held a prominent place in the cuisine of many cultures around the world. Its versatility in the kitchen makes it an indispensable ingredient in many recipes, adding depth and complexity to both simple and elaborate dishes. In the episode “I Pizzicotti alla Viterbese” of the TV program “Mangiare con Gusto” aired on Alma TV (channel 65 on digital terrestrial), our garlic was used to prepare a delicious recipe.
Eleonora Gabrielli, along with her mother Graziella Neri, decided to explore the potential of our garlic in a traditional recipe from their region: the “Pizzicotti alla Viterbese.” Thanks to our high-quality garlic, they prepared an extraordinary dish that celebrates the authentic taste and culinary excellence of Italian cuisine.
