Stringozzi alla sabinese – Mangiare con gusto
Garlic always plays a fundamental role in creating the aromatic base for dishes. In the episode “Castelnuovo di Farfa, city of oil” of the television program “Mangiare con Gusto” airing on Alma TV (channel 65 on digital terrestrial), our garlic was used to prepare a delicious recipe.
Chef Patrizia Imperatori prepared “Stringozzi alla sabinese“, a delicacy typical of the Sabina region enhanced by the flavor of our high-quality garlic.
