Spaghetti with citrus – Mangiare con gusto
Garlic is one of the most beloved and widely used ingredients in cooking, capable of adding an irresistible flavor to dishes. In the episode “Castelforte, City of Olive Oil” of the TV program “Mangiare con Gusto” airing on Alma TV (channel 65 on digital terrestrial), our garlic was used to prepare a delicious recipe.
Chef Roberto Nicolao prepared “Spaghetti with Citrus“, a true explosion of flavors enhanced by the aromatic and bold taste of our garlic.
